Sierpień jest jednym z najbardziej ulubionych "ślubnych" miesięcy - bo i pogoda ładna, i "r" w nazwie, wszystko pasuje ;-) Dlatego mój dzisiejszy post skupia się na tej okazji. Z odświeżonej kolekcji "Tylko mnie kochaj" przygotowałam dwie kartki ślubne. Pierwsza z nich jest delikatnie pastelowa:

August is one of the most favourite "wedding" months - the weather is good, and the name follows the Polish habit of marrying in the months with an "r" in the name (in Polish, of course) - so everything follows the good omens ;-) And so my today's post focuses on the wedding occasion. Using the refreshed "Just Love Me" collection, I made two cards. The first one is delicate and pastel:

Wykorzystałam mój ulubiony motyw desek i serwetkę, na której umieściłam delikatne wycinanki tekturowe:

I used my favourite woodboard motif and a cut out doily on which I placed filigree chipboard elements:

Kompozycji dopełniają materiałowe kwiaty, button z kolekcji Tylko Mnie Kochaj i perłowe zawijasy:

I finished off the design by adding fabric flowers, a button from the Just Love Me collection and pearl flourishes:

Druga kartka ma nieco żywszą kolorystykę dobraną do kwiecistego tła:

The second card features a little more vivid palette that matches the flowery background paper:

Naśladując motyw różowych bukiecików na ażurowym tle, ułożyłam kompozycję z materiałowych kwiatów i misternych tekturek, dodałam wstążkę i kryształki. Detale podkreśliłam brokatem:

Mimicking the tiny pink bouquets on an openwork background, I arranged the flower cluster using fabric flowers on filigree chipboard ornaments and added ribbon and crystals. I also accented details with glitter:

I na koniec zestaw kartek-podziękowań, tradycyjnie wręczanych rodzicom państwa młodych w czasie wesela:

And finally a set of thank you cards, traditionally given to the newlyweds' parents during the wedding reception:

Powróciłam tu do mojej ulubionej kolekcji, Dom Róż. Kartki mają lustrzaną kompozycję i różnią się detalami, by nikt nie poczuł się gorzej potraktowany ;-)

I returned to my favourite collection, House of Roses. The cards have a mirror design and differ by details so that nobody feels neglected ;-)
